PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK: By completing your reservation and entering the property, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions — including our Cancellation & Refund Policy

(Section 10). These Terms & Conditions apply to all short-term guests, including campers, boaters, cabin renters, and those renting equipment such as golf carts, kayaks, or

paddleboards.

1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT - Check-in time is 2:00 PM for campsites and slips and 3:00 PM for cabins. Check-out time is 11:00 AM for all accommodations. Late check-out may result in additional charges unless pre-approved.

2. QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect other guests and maintain low noise levels at all times. Disorderly conduct, intoxication, excessive noise, and abusive language are not permitted. Management reserves the right to remove guests who violate rules without refund.

4. CAMPFIRES & GRILLING - Fires are allowed in designated fire rings only. Please extinguish fires completely when unattended. Grills are permitted but must not be used on picnic tables or decks.

5. PETS - Pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after at all times. Aggressive behavior or excessive barking is not permitted.

6. GOLF CARTS & RENTAL EQUIPMENT - All rental items — including golf carts, kayaks, and paddleboards — are provided "as-is" with no warranty. Dennis Point assumes no liability for their use or malfunction. Golf cart operators must be 18+ with a valid driver's license. Guests are responsible for safe use and must return all equipment in the same condition received; guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive wear.

7. VEHICLES, BOATS & TRAILERS - The speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the property. Only one vehicle per site is permitted unless authorized. Trailers, boats, and oversized vehicles must park in designated areas.

8. WASTE DISPOSAL & ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE - Trash must be placed in designated receptacles. Dumping waste or hazardous materials is prohibited. Use proper hookups and disposal stations for gray/black water.

9. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY - No commercial activity, vending, advertising, or soliciting is permitted without written approval from Dennis Point management.

10. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY -

Campground and Marina Reservations: Cancellations 14+ days before arrival: 100% refund. 7–13 days: 50% refund. Fewer than 7 days: non-refundable.

‍ ‍Lodging Reservations (Rental House, Cabins, RVs): Cancellations 21+ days before arrival: 100% refund. 14–20 days: 50% refund. Fewer than 14 days: non-refundable.

Holiday Reservations: Any reservation including a U.S. federal holiday is non-refundable. Federal holidays include: New Year's Day, MLK Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth ,

Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

No refunds for early departures, no-shows, or inclement weather. Trip insurance is encouraged.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to bookings@dennispointmd.com.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

11. LIABILITY, DAMAGES & INDEMNIFICATION - Guests are responsible for all damage to property, equipment, or accommodations during their stay. Guests shall indemnify and hold harmless Dennis Point Marina & Campground, its owners, and staff from any liability, claims, or expenses arising from their actions or use of the premises. Dennis Point is not liable for loss, theft, or personal injury during a guest's stay.

12. MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY - Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any stay for rule violations, unsafe conduct, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

13. ACKNOWLEDGMENT - By completing a reservation and signing electronically through the booking platform, the guest affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, along with any posted or communicated policies during their stay.
